Accent Landscape Contractors has been in business for over 40 years. We specialize in new construction in the public works sector. Projects range from $20,000 to $3.5 Million in value.

THE POSITION

Accent is seeking a full-time construction administrator with strong computer skills that has experience in commercial construction and/or public works contracting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Material sourcing/ordering
  • Procuring and managing bonds
  • Assist in bid submissions and contracts
  • One-call submission and updates and apply for credit apps
  • Sourcing and Managing Housing for out-of-town jobs
  • Applying for Business related permits, procuring certificates of insurance
  • Various management of communication and documentation, both internal and external
  • Uploading invoices/receipts into Sharepoint and credit card reconcilliation
  • Responsible for organization and inventory of office equipment and supplies
  • Updating and distributing equipment lists and managing equipment insurance
  • Adding drivers to insurance and tracking driver’s license expirations
  • Tracking Equipment hours and truck mileage and associated service intervals
  • Manage and Document Safety Meeting literature, follow up outstanding toolbox talks and manage PPE inventory
  • Applications and Hiring Packets
  • Time sheets, time-off requests, warning forms, attendance tracking of hourly employees and distribution of paycheck
  • Managing internal tracking sheets
  • Assist in onboarding employees
  • Other duties in support of the team

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Experience in construction administration
  • Strong over all computer skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi task
  • Experience in Bluebeam, Procore an AutoCad is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
